Momentum Choir has made a difference in the communities it serves by providing a beacon of hope, professional training, inclusive education, and community involvement to people living with developmental disabilities.

Momentum Choir was born out of musical therapist, Mendelt Hoekstra’s, desire to enrich the lives of those living with developmental disabilities through music and community involvement.
Our main purpose has been to provide a welcoming beacon of support, fun, discipline, and education to those who may not otherwise have the opportunity to partake in such an enriching activity.
Sharing the joys and personalities of Momentum Choir is one of our favorite things to do.
